My Story

I may not have been born a perfectionist, but I learned how to be one at a very young age. In fact, I learned to be a detail-obsessed, people-pleasing, overachieving perfectionist. And you know what? It worked for me for a long time.

Growing up, I was a model student, always team captain and class president. I finished college in three years and went on to Columbia University. I got a great job as a nonprofit manager in New York City. I did all the right things!

Actually, I did everything that I was told would make me happy.

One day I looked at my life and I realized that while I was successful...

"success" was not the same as happiness.

Then, on my wedding day, something happened that changed my life and woke me up! (You can read about it on my blog)

So, I did the bravest (and scariest) thing I could think of. I stopped striving for success and turned inward. I started to do the deep work of self-discovery.

I connected with some amazing mentors, coaches, and energy workers and started to unravel my own patterns of perfectionism, self-criticism, people-pleasing, and anxiety.

The more I understood my patterns and limiting beliefs, the easier it became for me to change them. I also learned how to connect to my intuition, and I began to uncover my true purpose and path. Then, something amazing happened. I started to feel happy! I started to have fun again! I started to feel brave.

Armed with the knowledge of my purpose and confidence in myself, I started taking risks again. I quit my safe nine-to-five job. I traveled to India and hiked in the Himalayas. I left the pressure and stress of life in New York and moved to the magical city of Savannah, Georgia where I could live my life intentionally.

I was finally in alignment with my authentic self and that's when I knew

it was time to create this coaching practice.

I can truly say that I have never felt as peaceful, connected, and confident as I do today. I love showing up for my clients and helping them let go of perfectionism, find their purpose, and embrace a life of happiness, fun, and fulfillment!

My Work

I like to say that my coaching style is both strategic and soulful. I'm a structured, Type-A kind of gal who loves a spreadsheet and also spends time every day on my meditation pillow.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The George Washington University and later pursued a Master's in Sociology and Education from Columbia University. I combine a traditional education with nonprofit know-how and certifications in Life Coaching, Reiki, and Meditation Teaching to create my signature style.

My coaching philosophy is that lasting transformation requires us to do both the inner work and the outer work. The inner work includes mindset shifts, self-talk, and self-care, while the outer work focuses on strategy and consistent action.

I specialize in one-on-one Career and Accountability Coaching. All sessions are virtual, designed to be flexible for your schedule, time zone, and budget.

As a Certified Life Coach, I commit to providing you with personalized tools and unwavering support as you embark on your journey of self-discovery.

My Clients

My clients are people who have achieved a lot on paper but know, deep down, that something’s missing.

They are traditionally “successful” yet somehow unfulfilled. They’ve built the career, the income, and the life others admire, but they’re craving something deeper: a career that balances success with purpose, contribution, and joy.

They want to feel alive again, to bring more spark back into their days, and to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

I also love working with college students and recent grads who are just starting out. They're still figuring out their purpose, building structure, and learning how to create a foundation for success and fulfillment from the very beginning. (Something I truly wish I had)

Beyond career clarity, many clients come to me for accountability coaching. Together, we set aligned and clear goals, break those goals into milestones and habits, and use our sessions to stay on track and accountable every step of the way.

My Clients Are...

  • High achievers who refuse to settle

  • Generous, heart-centered and tend to put others first

  • Driven professionals who’ve experienced burnout and want a healthier balance

  • People who value purpose, fulfillment, and contribution in addition to success

  • Ready to set clear goals, take action, take ownership, and see results!

Most importantly, my clients are ready to stop running on autopilot and start living lives that are both successful and deeply fulfilling.
